Base Pay Range $112,000.00/yr - $197,000.00/yr
Responsibilities
Provides comprehensive patient care to members by processing and accurately dispensing prescription orders.
Administers immunizations and counseling members regarding health care and prescription medication needs.
Maintains confidential information and documentation of controlled medications.
Drives sales and profit in the Pharmacy and OTC areas by ensuring effective merchandise presentation, accurate pricing, proper signing, inventory levels, and forecasting sales.
Develops and maintains cross‑functional relationships and assesses economic trends and demographics.
Provides direction and guidance to Associates on proper Member service approaches and techniques.
Oversees community outreach programs and encourages Associates to serve as good community members.
Ensures compliance with Company and legal policies, loss prevention, safety controls, operational and quality assurance reviews.
Provides supervision, development opportunities, and performance feedback for Associates.
Builds high‑performing teams, embraces diversity, fosters a workplace of belonging, and promotes a sense of belonging.
Acts with integrity, promotes Walmart values, and supports company goals.
Delivers results while putting the customer first and balancing priorities.
Minimum Qualifications
BS in Pharmacy or PharmD. degree or equivalent.
Pharmacy license (by job entry date).
Completion of an ACPE accredited immunization training program.
Preferred Qualifications
Pharmacy experience in a high‑volume retail environment.
Experience with pharmacy operations, merchandising, and inventory management.
