Senior Accountant Location
Henderson, NV Reports To
CFO Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail‑oriented Senior Accountant to join our growing finance team. This role is responsible for overseeing all key accounting functions across our group of companies – including Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), intercompany transactions, loan and lease accounting, inventory management, and monthly financial reporting. The Senior Accountant will play a critical role in ensuring financial accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting to support strategic decision‑making. Key Responsibilities
Oversee and review daily
Accounts Receivable
operations, ensuring accurate processing and timely AR aging circulation. Supervise and manage
Accounts Payable
activities, including invoice validation, payment scheduling, and AP aging reporting. Reconcile
bank transactions
related to AR collections and AP disbursements, ensuring all entries are properly recorded. Manage
intercompany transactions , including monitoring and reconciliation of balances across group entities. Handle
loan and lease accounting , including accruals, amortization schedules, and monthly journal entries. Supervise
inventory accounting , ensuring correct valuation, adjustments, and reconciliation with physical counts. Prepare monthly
Income Statements and Balance Sheets
for each entity and consolidated group reporting. Support
audit and compliance
activities through documentation, reconciliations, and analytical reviews. Contribute to the development of
accounting policies, internal controls,
and process improvements to strengthen accuracy and efficiency. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in
Accounting, Finance,
or related field
(CPA preferred) . 5–7 years
of progressive accounting experience, ideally within a
multi‑entity or manufacturing
environment. Strong knowledge of
AR/AP processes, intercompany reconciliations,
and
financial statement preparation. Proficiency in
ERP systems
(Odoo, MS Nav, or NetSuite) and advanced
Excel
skills. Exceptional
analytical, organizational,
and
attention-to-detail
skills. Strong
communication and leadership
abilities with proven capacity to meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
