Ideal candidates will have a strong background in full-cycle accounting, QuickBooks, and previous software implementation skills. This role is crucial to our operations, focusing on accounting processes for our dynamic, small company.
Key Responsibilities: Manage accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP) processing for a small company with 28 employees. Handle 90-100 orders per month. Perform reconciliations. Manage retail accounting, sales tax, and multi-state transactions. Must-Haves:
Extensive experience with QuickBooks. Strong background in small company AR/AP processing. Solid understanding of retail accounting, sales tax, and multi-state transactions. Exceptional reconciliation skills. Nice-to-Haves:
Experience in the manufacturing sector. Familiarity with Odoo software. Experience with implementation processes. Software Used:
