Base Pay Range $132,900.00/yr – $174,450.00/yr
Responsibilities
Conceptualize initial civil design for land/site development.
Prepare grading plans and perform earthwork and drainage/stormwater calculations.
Coordinate and execute site development, master planning, and site selection.
Route underground utilities and plan site space.
Conduct hydrology analysis for designing storm drain systems.
Analyze and design gravitational wastewater systems.
Perform final grading plans, including cut and fill analysis and earthwork balancing.
Provide erosion and sediment control plans, stormwater pollution prevention plans, and support permit approval.
Research and adhere to local Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ) requirements.
Perform stormwater analysis and modeling in software applications such as StormCAD and CivilStorm.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
8 or more years of engineering experience, including extensive related project experience.
Strong working knowledge and experience in analyzing and designing all aspects of medium to large‑scale industrial developments.
Demonstrated experience with all design modules of AutoCAD Civil 3D.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical, problem‑solving and interpersonal skills.
Ability to collaborate and work effectively in a variety of multi‑disciplinary teams.
Displayed ability to learn quickly and driven to broaden knowledge base.
Preferred Qualifications
PE certification.
Bluebeam experience.
Experience using Navisworks.
