Primary Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers through the facilitation and implementation of company-wide customer centric programs and initiatives, evidenced through benchmark customer satisfaction scores.
Manage resident experience from move-in to the renewal process.
Ensure first-class property curb appeal, preparing apartments to optimum visual appeal for prospective customers.
Complete market surveys by identifying and contacting direct competitors and shopping competitors regularly.
Adhere to the letter and spirit of Fair Housing laws.
Assist with work order processing, vendor management, and resident communication.
Post physical resident communications as needed.
Complete assigned tasks and projects as directed by direct supervisors.
Qualifications
Polished presentation.
Problem solving and conflict resolution skills.
Ability to multi‑task.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Team player.
Intermediate computer skills / internet savvy.

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
Job Details Job type: Full‑time. Pay: $19‑$21 per hour. Work schedule: 40 hours per week. License/Certification: Valid driver’s license and daily access to a working vehicle are required for this role, as in‑town travel will be required. Ability to commute: Eugene, OR 97401 (required). Ability to relocate: Eugene, OR 97401 — relocate before starting work (preferred). Work location: In person. Seniority level: Entry level. Employment type: Full‑time. Job function: Other.
