Base Pay Range:
$107,640 – $144,799 per year

Position Details
Positive, caring personality; innovative, autonomous, and a team player willing to learn ENT services.
Inpatient and outpatient services including rounding, discharges, emergency department consults, and afternoon outpatient clinic coverage.
ENT experience preferred; on‑job training provided.
Inpatient hospital experience preferred.
First‑assist experience required.
Requirements for Physician Assistants
Master's Degree in Physician Assistant Studies
Unrestricted license to practice as a PA in Colorado
PA‑C certification by NCCPA required for hire and must be maintained throughout employment
Unrestricted DEA permit for medication prescription
Eligible to provide services, maintain provider status with Medicare and Medicaid, and no sanctions from HHS/OIG or GSA exclusions
Unrestricted medical staff membership with appropriate practice privileges
Prescriptive authority per medical staff privileging process
BLS certification by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
Requirements for Nurse Practitioners
Full or provisional prescriptive authority eligibility
Master's in Nursing and graduate of an accredited NP program
NP certification by ANCC or AANPCB required for hire and must be maintained throughout employment
Unrestricted NP license issued by the State Board of Nursing or compact privileges under the multi‑state Nurse Licensure Compact
Unrestricted medical staff membership with appropriate practice privileges
Full prescriptive authority
Unrestricted DEA permit for medication prescription
Eligible to provide services, maintain provider status with Medicare and Medicaid, and no sanctions from HHS/OIG or GSA exclusions
BLS certification by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
