As a Crew Leader, you’ll lead a crew of 1-4 members and be responsible for: Overseeing daily landscaping operations Ensuring quality control and project standards Training and supervising crew members Performing and guiding tasks such as: Mowing, pruning, planting, and general groundskeeping Perennial bed maintenance Equipment operation and upkeep Maintaining a safe, efficient worksite Operating trucks, trailers, and landscaping equipment This is a hands-on leadership role, perfect for someone who thrives outdoors and leads by example. Qualifications

Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record (CDL not required) At least 20 years old Eligible to work in the U.S. Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs Comfortable working outdoors in all weather Basic English communication skills Strong attention to detail and safety Must use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Preferred Experience

Previous landscaping or groundskeeping experience Familiarity with tools such as hand saws, pruners, mowers, weed eaters, and blowers Experience supervising a small team or crew Compensation

Salary: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour Criminal History Disclosure
