Overview The firm seeks an Intake Specialist to serve as the first point of contact for clients seeking legal representation. The role is on-site in San Diego, CA, focused on driving revenue and providing an excellent client experience.
Base Pay Range $24.00/hr – $27.00/hr.
Schedule Wednesday through Sunday, 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM, including holidays as needed.
Job Duties
Respond to inbound leads via phone and conduct intake interviews.
Qualify leads based on litigation criteria.
Send retainers to qualified leads and guide them through signing.
Follow up on leads via calls, texts, and emails.
Share the firm’s core values and competitive advantages with potential clients.
Maintain detailed CRM notes and follow‑up plans.
Consistently meet or exceed team and individual goals.
Qualifications
High school diploma and at least one year of sales experience.
Strong communication, organization, judgment, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team in a high‑volume environment.
Knowledge of ethical and confidentiality requirements in a law firm.
Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
Prior legal experience helpful but not mandatory.
