Sous Chef

to join their team at one of their upscale high‑volume restaurant concepts in the

Atlanta

area. This dynamic location serves a mix of elevated à la carte dining, private events, and banquet‑style service. It is currently undergoing extensive kitchen upgrades to enhance consistency, efficiency, and execution.

The Sous Chef will play a key role in daily BOH operations, leading by example and supporting the Executive Chef and broader kitchen operations leadership team. Ideal candidates are passionate about execution, mentorship, and maintaining exceptional standards in high‑volume settings.

Compensation : $75,000 - $85,000 base, Bonus program, Comprehensive Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO, Dining Discounts, and much more!

Must‑Haves :

Experience in high‑volume kitchens ($10M+ revenue strongly preferred).

Background in banquets or catering is highly desirable.

Strong leadership presence—motivated to coach, train, and lead by example.

Comfortable using or learning modern kitchen systems (e.g., online ordering, inventory software).

Exceptional work ethic, dependability, and resilience under pressure.

Stable career progression with a preference for those who’ve worked their way up through the ranks.

Open to change and focused on continuous improvement and process.

Key Responsibilities :

Oversee daily culinary operations with a sharp eye for detail and high standards.

Lead and mentor hourly BOH staff, supporting hiring, training, and accountability.

Maintain inventory controls and support tech‑based systems for ordering and food cost tracking.

Ensure strict adherence to cleanliness and food safety standards.

Deliver high‑quality food execution during busy service and large‑scale events.

Help drive consistency across menus and locations.
