Base pay range:
$80,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr Annual performance bonus Relocation assistance available for the right candidate Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of full-service back-of-house management experience High-volume background ($5M+ annual revenue preferred) Strong knowledge of scratch cooking, recipe execution, and kitchen systems Expertise in budgeting, cost controls, inventory, and ordering Highly organized, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability Demonstrated ability to build, train, and inspire high-performing teams Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage food and labor budgets to ensure profitability Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise BOH team members Establish systems to reduce waste and improve efficiency Implement and uphold quality control policies and procedures Lead by example, maintain a positive work environment, and foster team culture Drive consistency, innovation, and excellence in all aspects of culinary operations Other
