We’re a growing boutique home remodeling company based in Culver City, and we’re looking for a motivated Office Manager to keep our operations running smoothly. If you’re organized, proactive, and thrive in a fast‑paced but supportive environment, this could be a great fit for you.
What you’ll do:
Manage calendars, schedule appointments, inspections, and sales calls.
Answer phones and emails, and serve as a friendly point of contact for clients and team members.
Prepare contracts, manage project files, and keep everything organized.
Handle QuickBooks entries, invoicing, and expense tracking.
Maintain our CRM system and input leads from multiple sources.
Keep the office running efficiently day‑to‑day.
What we’re looking for:
A quick learner who is tech‑savvy and detail‑oriented.
Strong multitasking, organizational, and communication skills.
Comfortable interacting with clients, vendors, and team members.
At least 1 year of experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Google Suite.
Lives within 15–20 miles of Culver City.
Reliable, committed, and ready to grow with us.
The details:
Full‑time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (in‑office).
