Base pay range $100,000.00/yr - $130,000.00/yr
This is a Hands-on Financial Leadership opportunity. The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial strategy, financial planning and analysis, financial reports, company audits, compliance, and bank relationships. In addition, this position will prepare and review all financial statements and reports. They will collaborate with the CEO and other members of the leadership team to make decisions regarding company's financial strategy and operations. The candidate will possess a strong background in finance and management.
Responsibilities
Create and present financial and tax strategy recommendations to CEO
Support the financial planning and analysis efforts
Manage cash flow, cash management, working capital, and company audits
Prepare financial statements and reports
Ensure legal compliance on all financial functions
Manage relationships with banks
Document and update company policies and procedures that relate to all financial activities and controls.
Manage Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable activities.
Qualifications
Strong finance-based analytical skills
7 - 10 years' of finance experience at a minimum
CPA or MBA preferred but not required
