CrowdStrike is seeking a Manager of Enterprise Renewal Sales Specialists to join our Worldwide Sales and Operations Organization and Global Renewals Management Function. The role ensures sustainable retention of key accounts, protects annual recurring revenue (ARR), and drives operational discipline in renewals management and deal support activities. Responsibilities include scaling the enterprise renewals specialist function and driving execution through cross-functional partnerships across the organization. What You'll Do
Support the Field Sales Organization and Sales Operations team in driving ARR retention at scale through execution of the following Lead a team of enterprise renewal specialists who support the enterprise field sales team with the renewal sales process Support renewals and complex quote creation as well as deal support activities for enterprise sellers Manage a team of Enterprise Renewal Specialists to ensure timely and accurate quoting of renewals Ensure proper KPIs and reporting are in place to monitor the team’s effectiveness Continuously evaluate opportunities for process improvement Collaborate with sales leadership on the scope of deal support activities and serve as escalation point of contact Develop enterprise renewal sales specialists team coverage model aligned to theaters/countries/customer segments Create controls to ensure proper renewals quoting and contract data accuracy Implement an automated workflow for intake of quoting requests and monitor and track team effectiveness Document and maintain complex quote structures and best practices in a central repository; ensure globally consistent renewal/complex quoting scenarios Support renewal processes and CPQ transformation initiatives and provide business requirements for system enhancements Partner with Deal Desk/Legal/Finance/Sales Operations on establishing world-class renewals and deal support to the field sales organization Develop talent and ensure each team member has clear development goals and career growth objectives What You'll Need
Relevant industry experience: High Tech, SaaS Experience with Annual Recurring Revenue business model 6+ years of experience in managing Renewals Specialists, Deal Support, Contract Management or Customer Success teams Previous experience managing SaaS Subscription renewals process Ability to lead projects and tasks and lead people and teams either within function or cross-functionally Ability to work independently yet support team responsibilities on an ongoing basis Experience and proficiency with MS Excel Prior experience using Salesforce.com and/or Salesforce CPQ Ability to balance a wide variety of daily tasks and adjust priorities in a fast-paced environment over multiple engagements Tech savvy and excited to work in a fast-paced environment Exceptional communication skills demonstrated through email, conference calls, presentations, and internal meetings Ability to work independently or in a team environment Extreme attention to detail and highly organized #LI-AR1 #LI-Remote Benefits of Working at CrowdStrike
