What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Lead a team of enterprise renewal specialists to support the enterprise field sales team with the renewal sales process
Ensure timely and accurate quoting of renewals and manage the effectiveness of the team through KPI monitoring
Collaborate with sales leadership on deal support activities and act as an escalation point of contact
Implement an automated workflow for quoting requests and maintain documentation of complex quote structures
Develop talent within the team and establish clear development goals and career growth objectives
What is Required (Qualifications)
6+ years of experience in managing Renewals Specialists, Deal Support, Contract Management, or Customer Success teams
Relevant industry experience in High Tech or SaaS
Previous experience managing SaaS subscription renewals processes
Proficiency with MS Excel and familiarity with Salesforce.com and/or Salesforce CPQ
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal

Experience working with the Annual Recurring Revenue business model
Ability to lead projects and tasks across functional teams
Tech‑savvy with a keen interest in fast‑paced environments
Strong organizational skills and extreme attention to detail
