Private Equity Associate
– Tech, Healthcare, Industrials
Overview We are seeking highly motivated Private Equity Associates to join our investment teams across the Technology, Healthcare, and Industrial sectors. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, deal execution experience, and a passion for identifying and growing high-potential businesses. This role offers exposure to a diverse range of industries and the opportunity to work closely with portfolio companies to drive strategic and operational value.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct market research and competitive analysis across target sectors.
Build and maintain detailed financial models including LBO, DCF, and comparable company analyses.
Support all aspects of the investment process including sourcing, due diligence, deal structuring, and execution.
Collaborate with management teams to identify and implement value creation strategies.
Monitor portfolio company performance and assist in strategic initiatives such as M&A, operational improvements, and growth planning.
Prepare investment memos and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
Sector-Specific Focus
Technology : Evaluate SaaS and IT services businesses, focusing on recurring revenue models, scalability, and innovation.
Healthcare : Analyze healthcare services, biotech, and medtech opportunities, with attention to regulatory dynamics and clinical performance.
Industrials : Assess manufacturing and logistics businesses, identifying operational efficiencies and growth levers.
Qualifications
2–3 years of experience in investment banking, consulting, or corporate finance; sector-specific experience is a plus.
Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Passion for investing and a deep curiosity about business models and industry trends.
