Annual Bonus and Stock options About the Role TARGAN is seeking an experienced and results-driven
Global Sales & Marketing Manager
to strengthen and scale our international commercial operations. This hands-on role bridges global sales coordination with marketing execution — driving proposal development, PR campaigns, event management, and customer engagement across the U.S., EU, and LATAM. The ideal candidate is a strategic, detail-oriented professional with a strong background in
poultry, agriculture, animal health, or agtech
and at least 10+ years of experience supporting global sales and marketing programs. You’ll combine operational precision with creative storytelling to deliver impactful communications and consistent customer experiences worldwide. What You’ll Do Lead development of high-impact
customer proposals and presentations , partnering with global sales and product teams to clearly communicate technical and commercial value. Manage
proposal writing and coordination
across sales, engineering, product, and finance to ensure alignment with brand and business strategy. Support
global sales operations , including scheduling customer meetings, managing pipelines, and ensuring timely communication with prospects. Plan and execute
PR campaigns, press releases, and corporate communications
supporting key milestones and product launches. Organize
trade shows, industry conferences, and customer events
— overseeing logistics, messaging, and post-event follow-up. Maintain and update
sales and marketing collateral
for brand consistency across channels and regions. Coordinate
digital and print marketing efforts
with internal teams and external agencies. Track and analyze
campaign performance metrics
and sales data to inform strategy and ROI. Manage and optimize
CRM and marketing systems
(Salesforce, HubSpot) for accurate reporting and pipeline visibility. Collaborate closely with
Sales, Marketing, and Product
teams to ensure cohesive messaging and execution. Identify and implement
process improvements
to enhance efficiency across international operations. Oversee
global operations and partner engagement
with third-party suppliers, manufacturers, and distributors. What You Bring Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, Animal Science, or related field (MBA preferred). 10+ years of experience in
marketing, sales coordination, or commercial operations , ideally in
poultry, agriculture, animal health, or agtech . Proven track record in
proposal management, PR campaign execution, and event planning . Deep understanding of
international markets , especially in the U.S., EU, and LATAM. Exceptional
writing, editing, and presentation
skills — able to turn technical content into clear, persuasive messaging. Proficiency in
Microsoft Office, CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) , and marketing tools. Strong
project management and organizational
abilities with attention to detail and deadlines. Fluency in English
required;
