Pay Range:

$92,000.00 – $166,000.00

About the Role As Integrated Commerce Lead, Creator Affiliate Acquisitions & Communications, you will define and activate a multi‑channel communication strategy to recruit, engage, and retain creator affiliates. Your work will drive brand growth through partnerships with platforms, creators, and affiliate partners. You will collaborate across functional teams to deliver end‑to‑end campaigns and measure performance using data‑driven insights.

Key Responsibilities

Lead creator CRM and communication strategy; define audience segmentation, messaging cadences, and lifecycle journeys across email, social, and community channels to drive recruitment, activation, and retention.

Execute and optimize campaigns; build and maintain automated workflows and outreach programs with the Creator Program Management team to convert new creators and re‑engage inactive ones.

Lead measurement and improve performance; track engagement and campaign effectiveness, using insights to refine content, cadence, and overall communication impact.

Support team efforts to build a culture that exemplifies Target values of connection, inclusivity, and drive.

Establish relationships and partner closely with cross‑functional peers across Marketing, Merchandising, Digital, and Roundel on strategy development and activation.

Support Integrated Commerce leaders in executing long‑term strategy and goals.

Maintain awareness of the broader digital ecommerce industry, including evolving shopping behaviors, competitors, and market segments to inform strategy.

Support key Integrated Commerce team processes, including business planning and OKR routines.

About You

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

6+ years of experience in CRM & Email Marketing (e.g., Klaviyo, HubSpot), Creator/Influencer Marketing or Affiliate Programs, Content & Social Communications, or equivalent.

Comfortable navigating ambiguity and demonstrating a bias for action to drive business results.

Strong analytical, problem‑solving skills, and attention to detail.

Ability to analyze and synthesize complex information into actionable insights and recommendations.

Proven project management skills with experience leading cross‑functional initiatives.

Track record of continuous improvement and leveraging experiences for professional growth.

Excellent written and oral communication skills.
