Serve as a technical and domain expert supporting product sales within a client-facing sales team

Conduct discovery workshops to identify customer challenges and deliver tailored product demonstrations

Respond to technical inquiries regarding product features from customers and partners

Provide insights to product management for enhancements that meet customer needs

Stay informed about competitive analysis and market differentiation to support sales efforts

Qualifications

Minimum of 7 years of pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering experience

Proficiency with the ServiceNow platform or technical expertise in cloud software solutions

Experience in collaborating with product management, marketing, and professional services teams

Strong territory management skills, including pipeline development and execution with sales counterparts

Ability to travel as necessary

Preferred Qualifications

Experience integrating AI into workflows or decision-making processes

Familiarity with automation tools and analyzing AI-driven insights

Proven success in leading technical sales presentations and workshops
