Serve as a technical and domain expert for a client-facing sales team
Develop and own the technical strategy for accounts in your territory
Lead discovery workshops to identify customer challenges and provide tailored product demonstrations
Address technical questions from customers, partners, and colleagues, ensuring alignment with customer needs
Share best practices and reusable assets to enhance team efficiency and quality
Qualifications
7+ years of pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering experience or equivalent
Proficiency with the ServiceNow platform or technical expertise with cloud software solutions
Experience collaborating with product management, product marketing, and professional services
Strong territory management skills, including pipeline building and execution excellence
Ability to actively listen to customer requirements and map solutions to their business issues
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in leveraging AI in work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving
Familiarity with the Manufacturing industry
Solution Consulting certifications in Demo2Win, Inspire2Win, or Toastmasters
Preference for candidates based in the Chicago area, with consideration for those in Milwaukee
Willingness to travel as necessary
