Convince customers that Camunda is the right solution. Pre‑sales support: collaborate closely with Account Executives on account and close plans, use MEDDICC, and focus on business value. Engage in 3rd‑level conversations to match customer pain points with our product. Partner with Solutions Architects and other Sales Engineers. Manage interaction and organization efforts around the customer. Create demos, mock‑ups, and contribute to account planning and strategy. Sell to developers (technical understanding) and to business stakeholders (value messaging). What You Bring
A technical degree (e.g., Computer Science, Business Informatics) or equivalent experience. 5+ years of pre‑sales experience, including value‑based selling. Strong grasp of the technologies that power process orchestration and automation (programming languages, APIs, integrations, cloud‑native architectures, scalability). Proven ability to articulate a product’s value proposition persuasively and overcome objections. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to a diverse audience. Passion for innovative technology and a strategic mindset focused on driving business value. Fluency in spoken and written German and English (native or C‑1/C‑2 proficiency). Strong organizational skills, capable of handling multiple engagements and competing priorities. Willingness to travel occasionally. Nice-to-Haves
Experience in enterprise automation, BPM, process orchestration, RPA, or similar fields. Experience conducting value workshops, applying value engineering frameworks and methods. Understanding of the process automation and orchestration product landscape. Experience in BFSI, Telco, and Logistics sectors. Proficiency in an additional language. Compensation
Competitive, fair, and transparent compensation with a base salary plus 100% variable target (where applicable). Final offers depend on skills, experience, and location.
