A rapidly growing private equity-backed services platform is seeking a Vice President of Operations to join its senior leadership team. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead day-to-day operations across a network of 10+ locations, support the integration of newly acquired businesses, and help scale the company from ~$50M to $100M+ in revenue. The VP of Operations will report directly to the CEO and serve as a critical partner in driving operational excellence, cultural alignment, and post-M&A integration across the organization. Responsibilities

Oversee and optimize operations across a multi-site footprint, with full ownership of team performance, service delivery, and site-level P&Ls Lead and develop a team of branch and regional managers, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and frontline empowerment Collaborate with senior leadership on growth initiatives, including the integration of newly acquired partner companies Leverage data and KPIs to monitor performance, identify opportunities, and improve field productivity and financial outcomes Ensure operational consistency while respecting the unique strengths of each site and local team Serve as a cultural steward and change leader during a period of significant expansion Qualifications

8+ years of operational leadership experience in a multi-site, field-based service business (e.g., facilities, building services, logistics, trades, residential or commercial services) Proven success managing P&Ls and driving performance in a decentralized environment Experience operating within a private equity-backed company or other high-growth, investor-led setting Demonstrated ability to lead through change, build strong local teams, and drive results through hands-on leadership Willingness to travel across Southern California (~50%) Spanish language skills a plus Ideal Candidate
