Associate Procurement Agent – Level 2
Boeing Global Services, Consumables & Expendables (C&E) Distribution Business – Miami, FL. Applications for this position will be accepted until Oct. 29, 2025. Position Responsibilities
Plan and implement activities related to the timely, cost‑effective procurement of goods and services. Research, source, evaluate and process orders to purchase services, supplies and equipment based on price, service, quality and warranty to meet customer needs. Perform continuous review and analysis of demand and supply, optimizing execution of the supply chain while balancing inventory, supply orders and schedule demand. Prepare and execute proprietary information agreements. Support sourcing strategies, negotiations and documentation of contracts and agreements. Basic Qualifications
3+ years of related work experience. Experience with SAP and Procurement to Pay (PTP). Experience interacting directly with suppliers regarding contract requirements and/or proposals. Experience with Microsoft Office products such as Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and Word. Ability to travel 10% of the time domestically and/or internationally. Preferred Qualifications
APICS Certified in Production & Inventory Management (CPIM), preferred. Bachelor’s Degree – Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field. Experience working in a distribution business environment. Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to organize and manage multiple competing priorities. Benefits & Compensation
