Warehouse Manager – Bell & Evans
Join us as a Warehouse Manager at Bell & Evans, a leader in poultry production. In this role you will lead our warehouse operations, drive efficiency, accuracy, and engagement across the Supply Chain team.
What You’ll Do Oversee all aspects of the facility’s operations, including supervision and development of warehouse supervisors, leads, and shipping personnel. Focus on safe and efficient workflows, maintaining accurate inventory, and continuous improvement. Partner with Production, Customer Service, and Sales to ensure on‑time, quality distribution of our products.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop the 3rd shift warehouse team, fostering collaboration, accountability, and engagement.
Oversee finished goods inventory management, receiving, picking, loading, and shipping operations.
Manage 3PL and outside storage activities to ensure consistent quality and compliance.
Establish and monitor performance metrics to promote continuous improvement.
Ensure accurate inventory control, proper stock rotation, and efficient product flow.
Drive operational excellence through standardization, process improvement, and effective resource allocation.
Maintain compliance with all safety, food safety, and regulatory requirements (OSHA, DOT).
Partner with cross‑functional teams on short‑ and long‑term logistics planning.

What You’ll Bring
Minimum 5 years’ experience in logistics, warehousing, and/or supply chain management within a fast‑paced, perishable goods environment.
Proven success leading teams in distribution or manufacturing environments.
Strong understanding of warehouse systems, including WMS, Labor Management, and ERP systems (MS Dynamics/Business Central preferred).
Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
Bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
Valid driver’s license required.

Additional Information This role is based on‑site at our Fredericksburg, PA facility. The warehouse environment includes exposure to refrigerated and freezer areas (temperatures ranging from 36°F to 0°F). The position is Full‑time and On‑site.
