Customer Sales Analyst
to join our team in Fredericksburg, PA headquarters in an in‑office role. This analyst will help drive insights that strengthen customer relationships and business performance.
What You’ll Do As a Customer Sales Analyst, you’ll turn data into meaningful insights that support our sales team, inform decision‑making, and uncover opportunities for growth. From analyzing customer profitability and promotional spending to creating financial models and competitive market reports, your work will play a key role in shaping how we serve our customers and improve our business.
Key Responsibilities
Provide qualitative and quantitative forecasting for customers and products, including new product launches and promotions
Partner with sales and scheduling teams to identify opportunities for improved efficiency and value
Build and deliver reports and visualizations for internal stakeholders using Power BI, Excel, and other tools
Analyze and report on business performance in areas such as trade spend, pricing, product assortment, and customer profitability
Develop financial models for customers, products, and promotions
Stay up to date with industry best practices and emerging analytics technologies
What We’re Looking For
3+ years of experience in a similar analyst role
Advanced skills in Microsoft applications (Dynamics 365 Business Central, Power BI, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a knack for turning data into stories
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across departments
Poultry or protein industry experience is a plus, but not required
