Responsibilities
Assist with drafting content, producing and disseminating marketing‑related promotional and client materials, including the firm’s external website, blogs, firm accolade submissions, advertisements, directory listings, pitch materials, presentations, newsletters, client alerts, client letters, and firm announcements.
Update and maintain website content and social media platforms, including image library and attorney headshots.
Distribute press releases and coordinate office media and public relations.
Manage targeted marketing lists and act as data steward, reviewing and approving information for submission to the Contact Management System—ensuring standardization, accuracy, and completeness; contribute to data clean‑up and maintenance plans.
Support client/prospect‑facing events: develop invitation lists, mail invitations, track RSVPs, organize registration, prepare name tags, greet attendees, assemble materials, reserve equipment/facilities, order food and beverage, and follow‑up as needed.
Coordinate fulfillment of sponsorships and speaking events, tracking all related details.
Manage inventory of firm tickets and marketing collateral, including swag.
Assist with onboarding of new hires by ordering business cards, scheduling photography, obtaining contact lists, and creating marketing materials.
Provide additional support for the marketing department as needed.
Compensation & Benefits Salary: $30.00 – $35.90 per hour. Full‑time, non‑exempt, 37.5 hours per week.

Requirements Education, Experience, and Skills:
Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Marketing, Business, or a related field
At least 2 years’ experience in law firm marketing
Proficiency in MS Office, Photoshop, InDesign, and email marketing programs (e.g., Constant Contact, Exact Target)
Experience utilizing online social media tools professionally
Excellent organizational, interpersonal, written and verbal skills with high attention to detail
Problem‑solving ability with multitasking, prioritizing, and meeting deadlines
Enthusiastic, friendly, and able to collaborate with colleagues at all levels
Available to attend/manage onsite and offsite events, including some local travel
Physical Requirements

Lifts and carries up to 20 pounds occasionally
Bends and stoops occasionally
