Position Real Estate Associate – Join our Newark headquarters office.
Responsibilities
Represent clients in all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions and sales, commercial leasing matters, and borrower and lender side financing transactions.
Draft, negotiate, and review purchase and sale agreements, commercial leases, loan documents, and related transactional documents.
Advise lender and borrower clients in connection with financing and refinancing transactions.
Conduct due diligence, title and survey review, and coordinate closings.
Collaborate closely with MSW’s land use, litigation, and construction teams on integrated matters.
Qualifications
J.D. from an accredited law school.
Admission to the New Jersey Bar (New York and/or Pennsylvania admission a plus).
2–5 years of experience handling commercial real estate transactions in a law firm setting.
Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
