PathPoint is seeking a
full‑time or part‑time Case Manager
for our Paths to Recovery community‑based program in
Santa Barbara, CA . In this role, you'll provide support for a group of clients by assisting them with all aspects of independent living, including the development of social, vocational, and effective symptom management skills. Specific needs include education in the areas of medication management, proper nutrition, cooking, shopping, budgeting, housecleaning and maintenance, and personal hygiene. You'll also assume primary responsibility for developing, writing, implementing, evaluating and revising treatment goals and plans.
We are looking for someone who has a passion for case management and takes a person‑centered approach when working with people with mental health challenges.
Preferred if you want to deepen your understanding of mental illness and practice field‑based work. This position offers flexible scheduling and supervision hours for those in a Clinical Psychology or Social Work Master’s degree program. Case managers working 40 hours per week may choose a 4/10 schedule, allowing three days off per week. Hours of operation are generally Monday‑Saturday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, with specific workdays dependent on staffing.

Compensation This is an hourly, non‑exempt position with a starting wage of
$30.00
per hour. The pay range is $28.50–$31.50 per hour, subject to change based on a variety of factors.

What We’re Looking For
Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in Psychology or related field and at least 6 months of related experience; or high school diploma/GED and 5 years of related experience. Related experience includes working in the mental health field, or in clients' homes as a caregiver or Direct Support Professional.
Experience working with adults experiencing severe and persistent mental illness is preferred.
Experience working 1:1 with underserved or vulnerable populations is a plus.
Must have a valid California Driver's License with a satisfactory driving record to be eligible for coverage on PathPoint's auto insurance policy and regular use of a vehicle to be driven for work purposes.
