About the Role
We’re seeking a
Senior Talent Operations Specialist
who thrives on data, systems, and process excellence. You’ll be the operational and analytical backbone of our recruiting function—combining analytics, automation, and process rigor to make the Talent Acquisition (TA) team more effective, efficient, and insight-driven. You’ll own the design and delivery of recruitment dashboards and executive reports that turn data into action. You’ll also manage the operational lifecycle of new hires, ensuring seamless onboarding and offboarding experiences in partnership with HR and IT. This role sits at the intersection of analytics, enablement, and process excellence — a critical enabler in scaling a high-performing TA organization. Key Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain recruitment dashboards in Power BI or similar tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker) to provide real-time visibility into hiring metrics and funnel performance. Develop and maintain an Executive Summary Dashboard that highlights: Recruitment Funnel Health:
Applications → Offer → Hire with conversion and drop-off visibility. Speed & Efficiency:
Time-to-Fill, Time-to-Start, and median days per stage. Hiring Progress vs Targets:
Offers accepted vs plan, requisition tracking, and hiring velocity. Offer Outcomes:
Offer acceptance rates and categorized decline reasons. Source Effectiveness:
Hiring results by channel (referrals, direct, job boards, agencies, etc.). Accountability Metrics:
Recruiter SLAs and hiring manager responsiveness. Open Requisition Visibility:
Priorities, assigned recruiter, projected start date, and pipeline status. Build leadership decks to present recruitment data, trends, and insights to the VP of People and executive leadership. Systems & Tools Management
Serve as the Greenhouse ATS expert—managing configurations, reporting, integrations, and optimization. Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all recruiting systems and reports. Partner with IT, Finance, and HR to maintain seamless integration between ATS, HRIS, and onboarding platforms. Evaluate and implement new recruiting tools or automations to enhance the TA tech stack. Operational Excellence & Process Optimization
Streamline and document all Talent Acquisition workflows, automations, and processes for efficiency and scalability. Define and monitor recruiter SLAs, hiring KPIs, and compliance standards to ensure accountability. Partner with leadership and the VP of People to forecast headcount, manage recruiting budgets, and deliver data-driven insights that guide strategy. Drive continuous improvement initiatives across recruiting operations and candidate experience. Onboarding & Offboarding Operations
Oversee the new hire onboarding process—coordinating system setup, access, documentation, and Day 1 readiness in collaboration with HR and IT. Conduct new hire orientation sessions to ensure smooth integration into the organization. Support offboarding processes, ensuring compliance, data closure, and a consistent employee exit experience. Maintain documentation and process audits for all onboarding/offboarding activities. Leadership Reporting & Strategic Insights
Build and deliver executive reports and presentations summarizing recruiting performance and business impact. Provide deep-dive analytics and insights that uncover bottlenecks and influence strategic workforce planning. Partner cross-functionally with HR, Finance, and business leaders to align hiring execution with organizational goals. Qualifications
5–8 years of experience in
Talent Acquisition Operations
or
Recruiting Analytics . Proven expertise in
Power BI
or similar BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Google Data Studio). Advanced proficiency with
Greenhouse ATS , including reporting, workflows, and integrations. Strong analytical mindset with deep understanding of recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, conversion rates, offer acceptance, source effectiveness). Proven ability to build dashboards and executive decks that communicate key hiring insights. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills. Strong process orientation with experience streamlining and documenting operational workflows. Preferred Skills
Experience with
HRIS
or onboarding systems integrations. Familiarity with
SQL ,
advanced Excel , or
Python

Compensation is expected to be between $100,000 - $130,000 in base salary.
