What You Will Be Doing
Lead cutting‑edge reading workshops that blend AI technology with proven pedagogical approaches
Create engaging, gamified literacy experiences that make learning both fun and effective
Transform data into action by analyzing student progress metrics to optimize instruction
Partner with our tech team to evolve our AI literacy tools based on real classroom insights
Pioneer scalable, personalized reading content that adapts to each learner's unique journey

Key Responsibilities Your mission is to architect and implement a revolutionary AI‑enhanced reading program that accelerates elementary students to grade‑level proficiency and ignites an enduring passion for reading. This program will serve as the blueprint for scaling our successful approach across multiple locations.
Basic Requirements
A bachelor's degree complemented by specialized reading instruction certification (Orton‑Gillingham, Wilson, or similar)
Proven track record of at least 2 years delivering impactful small‑group reading interventions to young learners
Expert ability to evaluate reading levels and create custom learning paths without relying on pre‑packaged materials
Demonstrated comfort with AI‑powered learning platforms and ability to respond to digital learning behaviors
Current U.S. work authorization (no sponsorship available)
Ability to work on‑site at one of our campus locations in Lake Forest (CA), San Francisco, Miami, or New York City

Working with us This is a full‑time (40 hours per week), long‑term position. The compensation level for this role is $60 USD/hour, which equates to $120,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
