What You Will Be Doing Your role will be dynamic and impactful, designing and implementing learning experiences that will shape the future of reading instruction across multiple campuses. You will lead cutting‑edge reading workshops that blend AI technology with proven pedagogical approaches, create engaging, gamified literacy experiences, transform data into action by analyzing student progress metrics, partner with our tech team to evolve our AI literacy tools based on real classroom insights, and pioneer scalable, personalized reading content that adapts to each learner's unique journey.

Basic Requirements
A bachelor's degree complemented by specialized reading instruction certification (Orton‑Gillingham, Wilson, or similar)
Proven track record of at least 2 years delivering impactful small‑group reading interventions to young learners
Expert ability to evaluate reading levels and create custom learning paths without relying on pre‑packaged materials
Demonstrated comfort with AI‑powered learning platforms and ability to respond to digital learning behaviors
Current U.S. work authorization (no sponsorship available)
Ability to work on‑site at one of our campus locations in Lake Forest (CA), San Francisco, Miami, or New York City
Working with Us This is a full‑time (40 hours per week), long‑term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $60 USD/hour, which equates to $120,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
