Base pay range $55,000/yr – $62,000/yr
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive
Digital Analytics Specialist
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing the company’s online presence across web and AI search engines to drive organic traffic to americascreditunions.org. The position also oversees the research and deployment of search ads through tools like Google Ads and HubSpot. A deep understanding of SEO & AEO best practices and experience with analyzing results and making recommendations is required.
Hybrid role located in Madison, WI .
Responsibilities
Establishing proper setup and ongoing use of Google Analytics, Google Ads and Google Tag Manager, working with internal and external partners, building and maintaining essential KPI dashboards for continual monitoring, as well as deploying Google Ads campaigns and providing continuous feedback to stakeholders
Utilize SEO tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Moz & HubSpot) to track and analyze key performance metrics such as organic traffic, keyword rankings, and conversion rates. Generate regular reports and actionable insights to stakeholders.
Work with internal partners to conduct keyword and topic research and analysis, improve on-page content optimization for better results in web and ai search engines, and monitor for problematic issues with the website.
Ongoing education in analytics tools, research and other duties as assigned
Requirements
The successful candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or equivalent work experience; specific experience with search engine optimization and Google Analytics in a B2B digital marketing environment is required.
Significant experience with Google’s suite of tools including Google Analytics, Ads and Tag Manager, including implementation and reporting
Proven track record of improving search engine rankings and organic traffic
In-depth knowledge of SEO and AEO techniques, algorithms and ranking factors
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and draw actionable insights
Aptitude for continued learning and staying up to date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and AEO and digital marketing
Excellent interaction within the team, strong presentation skills with strong oral and written communications skills
Familiarity with customer management tools such as Hubspot or Nimble is a plus
Ability to work well with diverse teams
Excellent project management and time management skills, including the ability to work successfully with limited direction and manage multiple projects at varying stages of completion
Google certifications and/or training is a plus
