This role increases the capacity of the Audience and Market Insights (AMI) unit, enabling more effective quantitative research. The consultant will script surveys, coordinate translations and link checks, liaise with panel vendors for fieldwork, conduct data quality control, and perform basic data processing including weighting and tabulations. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide technical leadership for scripting and managing quantitative surveys using UNICEF’s self‑serve survey platform. Ensure error‑free survey links and seamless deployment. Coordinate with markets, agencies, and panel vendors to secure timely fieldwork and data delivery. Perform rigorous data quality checks and data processing, including weighting, nets, and tabulation. Support flagship and ad‑hoc research projects to enable evidence‑based strategy. SCOPE OF WORK (under the supervision of the High‑Value Insights Manager): Program and script surveys in the self‑serve quantitative survey platform. Liaise for questionnaire translation and accurate implementation. Conduct link checks for functionality, routing, translations, and logic. Coordinate with panel vendors for fieldwork management. Run data processing, including weighting, net creation, and summary tables in Excel or other tools. Maintain accurate documentation of setup, versions, and cleaning decisions. WORK ASSIGNMENTS OVERVIEW: Programming and field management of UNICEF’s Global Brand Barometer. Programming and field management of the High‑Value Audience Brand Tracker. Partnership/Prospect Surveys. Seven ad‑hoc quantitative surveys. DELIVERABLES (monthly, until 30 November 2026): Deliver clean, weighted datasets and summary tables for each survey. Ensure deployments meet agreed timelines. Align tabulation structures with project objectives. QUALIFICATIONS: Education:

First‑level university degree (Bachelor’s or higher) in cultural studies, communications, psychology, marketing, political studies, development studies, statistics, data science, or related field. Experience: Minimum 2 years of hands‑on survey programming and technical research support. Familiarity with Qualtrics is required. Expertise in complex survey scripting, routing logic, and multilingual deployment. Experience liaising with fieldwork vendors and managing translations. Strong data quality control and processing skills (weighting, nets, tabulations). Advanced Excel skills and data cleaning workflow knowledge. Strong communication skills in English. Language:
