Walmart Position Summary As a Fleet Development Facilitator, you will engage in content teachbacks and co‑facilitate training for Driver Trainees with senior leaders, provide feedback to participants, and maintain One Best Way compliance across Regional Training Centers. Responsibilities
Engage in content teachbacks and co‑facilitation of Driver Trainee training. Conduct facilitation audits on all Fleet Development roles and One Best Way consistency tours. Ensure compliance with One Best Way processes and alignment with Fleet Development class content. Participate in content development and feedback for the Learning Content Development team. Support adoption of structural and change initiatives within Regional Training Centers. Educate Driver Trainees on change initiatives through classroom and virtual facilitation. Assist with Regional Training Center processes outside of class delivery times and execute tours to teach. Conduct training classes per block schedules and monitor virtual reality training utilization. Stay informed on changes in One Best Way processes and work with associates and leaders. Deliver training using Academy Connect, Virtual Reality, and future technology. Engage with Fleet Development Trainers, provide additional training, and follow up on task completion. Provide supervision, development opportunities, recognition, and a belonging mindset to associates. Demonstrate up‑to‑date expertise, provide guidance, and support business solution implementation. Model compliance with company policies, procedures, and Walmart values. Build high‑performing teams, embrace differences, and foster a culture of belonging. Act with integrity, promote ethics, and support regenerative company goals. Serve customers and members, deliver results, and apply business models and data insights. Minimum Qualifications
Current holder of an interstate Class A Commercial Driver’s License with Hazmat endorsement (or obtain within 120 days). 3 years’ experience in a full‑time Class A tractor/trailer driving position within the last 7 years. No more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years. No serious traffic violations in the last 3 years. No DUI, DWI, OUI, or reckless driving convictions in the last 10 years. No preventable accidents while operating a commercial motor vehicle in the last 3 years. No preventable DOT recordable accidents in the last 10 years. No preventable fatality or catastrophic injury in driving history. Preferred Qualifications
250,000+ over‑the‑road tractor/trailer miles. Over‑the‑road tractor/trailer driver experience. No moving violations in the last 3 years. Training or facilitation experience. Seniority level
