Experimental Test Worker (ETW)
to join our Sport Research Lab, supporting both applied and fundamental research initiatives that drive performance innovation across footwear, apparel, and equipment. Under the direction of perception scientists, you will execute research studies according to established protocols and methodologies, contributing to data-driven insights that influence product development. This position offers hands-on experience with cutting-edge research tools and techniques while providing the opportunity to interact directly with athletes and research participants in a dynamic lab environment. Responsibilities
Execute research studies under the supervision of perception scientists, adhering to defined protocols and best practices. Manage multiple research projects concurrently with precision and accuracy. Serve as a primary point of contact for athletes and human subjects during testing sessions, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment. Maintain and organize research data, documentation, and study materials per lab standards. Assist in the setup, calibration, and operation of research equipment and testing tools. Support day-to-day research operations and contribute to continuous process improvements. Qualifications & requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Science, Psychology, Behavioral Science, or a related field (required). Experience: 2–4 years of experience in product testing or human-subject research preferred. Clinical or human-subject research background is a plus. Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to engage effectively with athletes and study participants. Strong attention to detail and organizational ability. Ability to follow structured research protocols accurately. Comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Preferred / Standout Qualifications Experience in sensory testing, perception research, or related fields. Prior interaction with athletes or human participants in research or testing settings.
