IDR is seeking an Application Analyst to join one of our top clients in Sacramento, CA. This role is a fantastic opportunity for those passionate about healthcare IT, focusing on the build and implementation of specialty pharmacy workflows.
Position Overview / Responsibilities
Engage in a 50-week contract to configure, build, and support Epic modules, particularly for Compass Rose Specialty Pharmacy, Population Health, and Willow Ambulatory.
Collaborate with project managers, clinicians, and technical teams to design and optimize workflows for specialty pharmacy operations.
Participate in project planning, testing, and validation activities to ensure timely and accurate implementation.
Troubleshoot, resolve, and document application issues, escalating as needed to senior analysts or Epic support.
Assist with the integration of specialty pharmacy workflows into existing Epic infrastructure.
Required Skills for Application Analyst
Minimum of 3 years of Epic build/support experience.
Certification in Epic Willow Ambulatory, Epic Specialty Pharmacy (Compass Rose), or Epic Population Health is strongly preferred.
Experience with pharmacy-related Epic projects, especially in specialty or ambulatory settings.
Strong understanding of clinical workflows and ability to translate requirements into Epic build solutions.
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
