Position: Superintendent – Commercial Construction Location: Hampton Roads Regional Area A respected, regionally focused general contractor with a strong track record of delivering quality projects is seeking a Superintendent to oversee medium- to large-scale projects in the Hampton Roads area. Position: Superintendent – Commercial Construction in the Hampton Roads region with responsibility for overseeing medium- to large-scale commercial projects. Responsibilities
Lead daily site operations and provide direction to subcontractors and trades. Collaborate closely with the Project Manager from pre-construction through project closeout. Maintain strong client and subcontractor relationships built on trust and communication. Ensure safety and quality standards are upheld in line with contract documents and specifications. Oversee scheduling, production, and performance to keep projects on track and within budget. Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent. 10+ years of experience as a Superintendent on vertical construction (renovations or new builds). Solid understanding of commercial, municipal, and federal construction processes. What’s in It for You
