Project Manager Jacobs is seeking an experienced and collaborative Project Manager to work at our client site in New Orleans, LA. This role leads a project team and oversees overall project delivery, ensuring projects stay on time and within budget.

Base Pay Range $115,000.00/yr – $135,000.00/yr

Responsibilities

Manage project team and overall project delivery.

Oversee project development from conception to completion in accordance with program objectives.

Provide oversight, facilitate resolution to complex project‑related challenges.

Act as onsite Owners Representative, ensuring progress, technical performance, material management, schedule, cost, scope and safety.

Develop and deliver project scopes, budgets, reports, contracts, and schedules.

Qualifications/Experience

Bachelor of Science in an Engineering discipline, Construction Management, or Architecture.

5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in Engineering, Environmental or Construction organization.

Experience managing projects of $50 million+.

Advanced knowledge of contract management, pre‑design, pre‑construction, renovations, demolition and new construction building systems/components and technology.

Experience with various disciplines, trades and systems related to full project delivery.

OSHA 30 Certification.

Strong people‑leadership skills and ability to build and maintain client relationships.

Preferred Add‑Ons

Professional Engineer (PE) or Registered Architect (RA) (preferred but not required).
