We are seeking a motivated
Speech‑Language Pathologist
to join our school‑based team in Naperville, IL. As part of our team, you will be supported by experienced professionals while gaining hands‑on experience diagnosing and treating speech and language disorders in children. Requirements:
Master’s Degree in Speech‑Language Pathology
Active or pending Illinois Speech‑Language Pathology License (ILSLP)
PEL certification
Pay Range:
$35–$55 per hour, based on experience
Key Responsibilities
Conduct speech and language assessments under the supervision of a licensed SLP.
Develop and implement treatment plans for students with speech and language disorders.
Provide individual and group therapy sessions for students.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other staff to track student progress and ensure effective communication.
Participate in Individualized Education Plan (IEP) meetings and assist in developing goals and objectives for students.
Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and student progress.
Qualifications
Master’s Degree in Speech‑Language Pathology.
Active or pending ILSLP License.
Ability to work well within a team and collaborate with educational staff.
Excellent communication skills and a strong desire to learn and grow professionally.
