Overview
Account Executive — Infusion Therapy Services (Field Sales) position based in South Miami, FL. This role is a field-based sales position requiring frequent travel within the assigned territory and involves introducing physician practices and clinics to infusion therapy services provided in local infusion suites and home settings. What You’ll Do
Identify and develop relationships with healthcare providers and clinic decision-makers. Promote infusion services tailored to specific specialties including IVIG and biologic therapies. Conduct outreach, meetings, and presentations to drive new business. Collaborate with clinical and intake teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for patients and providers. Meet or exceed monthly sales goals. Maintain accurate CRM records, pipelines, and forecasts. Stay current on industry trends, payer policies, and competitor offerings. What We’re Looking For
3+ years of sales experience in healthcare (preferably specialty or infusion sales). Bilingual – English / Spanish. Strong existing relationships in neurology, GI, dermatology, or immunology is a plus. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently. Tech-savvy with CRM experience. Willing and able to travel regularly within the assigned territory. Bachelor’s degree preferred (healthcare, business, or related field). What You’ll Get
