This role offers a competitive base pay range of
$35.35/hr - $41.38/hr
plus a $1,000 Retention Bonus upon hire.

Hale Makua Health Services Home Health is a Medicare‑certified provider delivering personalized skilled nursing and medical care to patients in the comfort of their homes.
Location Hale Makua Health Services Home Health – Home health care provider in Hawaii.
Responsibilities
Assume overall responsibility for an assigned caseload of home‑health patients, providing assessment, coordination of ancillary services, and community resources.
Deliver direct nursing care to patients in their residence.
May oversee and direct Licensed Practical Nurses and Home Health Aides in their day‑to‑day assignments.
Respond to questions from patients, responsible parties, and other personnel.
Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
Current License as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the State of Hawaii.
Minimum one‑year recent experience in healthcare.
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Current medical/health screening including 2‑step TB clearance.
