Optum Washington (formerly The Everett Clinic) is adding an Urgent Care Physician (MD/DO) to join our team in Everett, WA. $40,000 Starting Bonus + $40,000 Retention Bonus (no repayment) Flexible schedule with 12- and 8-hour shifts at Urgent Care locations from Everett to Marysville Full-time and part-time positions with clinic hours Monday–Friday 7:30 a.m.–7:30 p.m. and Saturday–Sunday 8:00 a.m.–5:30 p.m., with flexible shift scheduling in 8-week blocks Support from an extensive network of specialty care doctors, pharmacy, and in-house radiologists with STAT readings Ability to practice virtual, on-demand care after 6 months Dedicated medical assistants and RNs trained to administer IVs Emergency Room diversion program Guaranteed specialty provider follow-up visits The Everett Clinic joined Optum in 2019. The partnership broadens services and locations to offer even more care options while maintaining top-quality care for the community. Required Qualifications
BE/BC in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Emergency Medicine (with experience treating children) Unrestricted WA State Medical License prior to start date Current WA DEA certificate required prior to start date Preferred Qualifications
Providers with 2+ years of experience in Urgent Care, Walk-in Clinic, or Emergency Medicine Compensation & Benefits
The salary range for this role is $226,000 to $366,000 annually based on full-time employment. Pay is determined by factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, and certifications. UnitedHealth Group offers a comprehensive benefits package, incentive programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution, subject to eligibility requirements.
