Optum Washington (formerly The Everett Clinic) is adding an Urgent Care Physician (MD/DO) to join our team in Everett, WA. Position Highlights & Primary Responsibilities
$40,000 Starting Bonus + $40,000 Retention Bonus (no repayment)
Flexible schedule that fits into your life – Urgent Care locations offer 12‑ and 8‑hour shifts at sites from Everett to Marysville.
Full‑time and part‑time positions with clinic hours Monday‑Friday 7:30‑7:30 and Saturday‑Sunday 8:00‑5:30 with flexible shift scheduling in 8‑week blocks.
Providers are backed by an extensive network of specialty care doctors, pharmacy and ancillary services, including in‑house radiologists with STAT readings.
Ability to practice virtual, on‑demand care after 6 months.
Dedicated MA's and RN’s trained to give IVs.
Emergency Room diversion program.
Guaranteed specialty provider follow‑up visits.
Required Qualifications
BE/BC in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Emergency Medicine (with experience treating children).
Unrestricted WA State Medical License prior to start date.
Current WA DEA certificate required prior to start date.
Preferred Qualifications
Providers with 2+ years of experience in an Urgent Care, Walk‑in Clinic or Emergency Medicine.
Salary & Benefits The salary range for this role is $226,000 to $366,000 annually based on full‑time employment. In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group offers benefits such as a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401(k) contribution.
