Position Overview We are seeking an Enterprise Salesforce Developer with hands-on experience to manage deployments and support continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) within Salesforce environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for Managed Package and developing scalable Salesforce solutions, automating release processes, and ensuring high-quality delivery across multiple orgs.
Duties & Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement customized Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL.
Manage the Salesforce release process using DevOps tools, including version control, automated deployments, and pipeline management.
Collaborate with admins, architects, and QA to support DevOps best practices and maintain a smooth CI/CD workflow.
Ensure code quality and security through peer reviews and automated testing.
Integrate Salesforce with external systems and APIs as needed.
Stay current with Salesforce releases and DevOps features to optimize performance and process efficiency.
Required Experience & Skills
5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.
Must have experience with Copado or similar Salesforce DevOps tools (e.g., Flowsome, Gearset, AutoRABIT).
Strong knowledge of Boomi/ Kafka
Experience with Git-based version control (GitHub, Bitbucket, or GitLab).
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, release management, and metadata deployments.
Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Nice to Have Experience
Copado Certified DevOps Professional
Has worked with Healthcare or Staffing software
