Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and implement scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, best practices, and hands‑on experience with complex integrations and customizations.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and other technologies.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including business analysts, architects, and QA to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Implement and maintain integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools such as MuleSoft or Dell Boomi.
Participate in code reviews, testing, and performance optimization.
Maintain Salesforce security, data integrity, and compliance standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Salesforce applications.
Stay current with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices, and recommend improvements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
8–10 years of IT experience with at least 6 + years in Salesforce development.
Strong proficiency in Apex, LWC, Aura Components, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL, and Salesforce APIs.
Experience with Salesforce integration patterns, event‑driven architecture, and middleware tools.
Familiarity with Salesforce DevOps tools such as Copado, Gearset, or Jenkins.
Experience with Salesforce Data Loader, Change Sets, and Salesforce CLI.
Knowledge of Salesforce best practices for configuration, customization, and security.
Strong problem‑solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Salesforce Platform Developer I & II certifications.
Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, or Marketing Cloud.
Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (Git).
Soft Skills
Strong ownership and accountability mindset.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
