Warehouse Associate - Freezer Cooler Full Case (Night Shift)

Position Details: Starting Pay: $24.50 Night Shift is Sunday-Thursday, beginning at 2 PM and continuing until tasks are completed. The cooler and freezer environments may range from 36°F (2°C) to -10°F (-23°C). Freezer jackets will be provided. Position Purpose: The Full Case role involves retrieving products, stacking orders for delivery, and monitoring inventory levels within the warehouse. Responsibilities include directing, stocking, selecting, and replenishing products. Key Responsibilities: Retrieve products according to printed customer orders and pack them accordingly. Restock order selection zones as necessary while consolidating merchandise. Ensure orders are securely stacked according to delivery routes. Apply shipping ID labels to products and handle paperwork related to inventory processes. Maintain an orderly workstation by returning supplies and merchandise to their designated locations. Record materials used and maintain inventory levels efficiently. Adhere to all preferred work methods and follow safety policies and procedures as outlined by the company. Ensure a safe work environment by reporting any unsafe conditions or actions immediately. Perform additional related duties as assigned. Qualifications: High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent. At least 6 months of experience in warehouse and/or distribution. Ability to work scheduled and assigned times, including required overtime. Must be able to stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly throughout the shift. Capable of lifting, stacking, and pulling products off shelves, and replenishing stock from various heights, typically weighing between 10-35 pounds and up to approximately 60-90 pounds depending on the location. Able to work in multi-temperature environments, including cooler, freezer, and dry conditions. Ability to get certified in forklift operation and Electrical-Pallet Jack operation. Must pass a post-offer drug test and a criminal background check.
