Shift starts at 6:00 AM, Monday through Friday. Work in cooler and freezer departments with temperatures ranging from 36°F (2°C) to -10°F (-23°C). Freezer jackets are provided.
Position Purpose: Warehouse associates are the backbone of our success. They actively, safely, and independently maintain the efficient flow of products throughout our distribution process while upholding quality standards.
Primary Responsibilities: The Warehouse Associate is responsible for moving and tracking all inbound, outbound, and stored products. Duties include offloading, stocking, selecting, and replenishing products.
Your Responsibilities May Include:
Receiving all inbound merchandise and placing it in the correct pick location. Restocking order pick and flow lines to ensure readiness for order selection. Maintaining ample inventory levels to meet routine or special demands. Exercising high attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness and safety in all areas, including balers, aisles, racking, and floors. Transferring merchandise from the receiving area to the designated location efficiently. Packing products securely in cartons and totes, ensuring correct shipping IDs and marking cartons/totes properly. Safely and efficiently tracking all products within the warehouse. Upholding inventory accuracy by following prescribed system processes. Pulling orders based on delivery route sequencing. Documenting quantities of materials or items received or distributed. Completing end-of-shift tasks, including charging power equipment and verifying completed work. Maintaining an orderly workstation and returning supplies to assigned locations. Adhering to all safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment. Performing other related duties as assigned. Qualifications: High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent. Availability to work the assigned schedule and overtime as needed. Able to frequently stand, walk, reach, and lift throughout the shift. Capable of lifting, stacking, and pulling products weighing between 10-35 pounds and sometimes up to 90 pounds. Willingness to work in multi-temperature environments, including cooler, freezer, and dry. Ability to obtain certifications for powered equipment, including Forklift operation. Successful completion of a post-offer drug test and criminal background check.
