Responsibilities
Define and lead the technical vision for hyperscale and AI/ML infrastructure programs, influencing design and technology investment decisions Operate as a business owner across engineering, design, manufacturing, and customer engagement Drive the technical commercialization of customer programs, aligning solutions with long-term infrastructure strategies Champion emerging technologies and foster innovation within engineering and program teams Develop partnerships with ecosystem players to accelerate new solution introductions
Qualifications
15+ years in technical leadership across enterprise or cloud infrastructure, ideally in a hybrid JDM/ODM/EMS environment Proven track record driving large-scale hardware programs from design concept through mass production Deep technical fluency across hardware architecture, thermal/mechanical systems, and manufacturing processes Experience influencing customers at the CxO or SVP level and aligning technical execution with business outcomes Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline; MBA or equivalent business training preferred
Preferred Qualifications
Strong understanding of AI/ML workloads and their implications for data center and system design Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills Experience owning or influencing P&L, cost structure, and commercial strategy for major accounts or product lines
