Own the entire process from intake to roadmap to launch, continuously improving governance and stage gates Lead weekly Critical Project Reviews (CPR) and maintain executive-ready dashboards in Jira/Confluence Deliver cross-functional programs by orchestrating planning, dependency management, and execution across various teams Collaborate with SRE, Security, and Compliance on reliability, compliance, and incident management Define KPIs to measure impact and tie outcomes to member/provider experiences and business goals Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of experience leading large-scale technical programs, preferably in a startup or high-growth environment Proven ability to run executive forums and create dashboards in Jira/Confluence Technical fluency to discuss architecture, services, data pipelines, and APIs Experience with Agile/Lean methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban Familiarity with regulated environments, particularly in healthcare, with knowledge of HIPAA/SOC 2 Preferred Qualifications
