Qualifications – What You Must Have
Bachelor's Degree.
8 years of experience.
Required credentials: CPA License, Level 3 of the CFA, JD, PhD, MBA or Master’s degree in Finance, Tax, Quantitative Statistics, Financial Engineering, Economics, Real Estate Finance or Hospitality, A State Licensed Appraiser License, Member of Appraisal Institute (MAI), Member of American Society of Appraisers (ASA), or certification of CRE, CRI and/or CCIM, CHA, or PMP.
Preferred – What Sets You Apart
Preferred knowledge in US GAAP financial instrument guidance.
Thought leader abilities in capital markets, complex accounting, and valuing derivatives.
Experience as a senior financial markets practitioner.
Expertise in US GAAP requirements.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Current knowledge of technical accounting standards.
Global business perspective and adaptability.
Effective delegation and coaching skills.
Relationship building to create exceptional client and people experience.
Strong confidence in communication.
