Oversee preparation and review of fund and investor tax filings (federal, state, and K-1s) Manage third-party tax advisors and ensure timely, accurate deliverables Support fund-level reporting, allocations, and tax forecasting (including UBTI considerations) Partner with the deal team on new investment structures and due diligence Maintain legal and organizational charts to support efficient tax planning Education & Experience
CPA required Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; Master’s in Tax preferred 4-10 years of tax experience including experience in Big 4 Private equity or asset management experience preferred Confident communicator with strong analytical skills and initiative Seniority level
